My experience at The Leonardo was mostly fantastic. the staff were wonderful, particularly Lerato at reception. However, I did find the breakfast menu a bit dull, especially during my longer stay. Overall, I'd rate my time there quite highly and plan to rebook in the near future.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment that was spacious and offered stunning views. it felt luxurious and comfortable. The romantic turn-down service was a good touch.

The service was generally excellent. Lerato really stood out during my stay. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at The Leonardo. The location is great, but I faced significant issues with my room assignment and service quality. While the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, the room service system was frustrating, as it often had problems with orders.

Initially assigned to a lower executive apartment instead of the superior I booked, but after some arguing, I got the correct room. However, dealing with an extra charge for a chair was annoying.
Service

Service was quite poor, especially with the room service system, which often had issues. I also requested a baby crib that never arrived.

The hotel itself looks new and is always clean, but the challenges with service diminish the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at The Leonardo, enjoying the amazing views from my apartment on the 37th floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my husband's milestone birthday even more special. However, I did notice some minor housekeeping issues, like towels not being replaced on occasion. Overall, it was good!

My stay at The Leonardo was a mixed bag. While the spacious apartment on the 37th floor offered stunning views and great amenities, I struggled with noisy club music that kept me up late. Overall, it was a comfortable but somewhat chaotic experience.

My one-bedroom apartment was super spacious and offered amazing views of the Joburg skyline. The attention to detail was nice, with international plug sockets and USB chargers right by the bed, making my stay convenient.

The staff was generally friendly, but I hit a snag when my booking got lost. I had to wait over two hours for my room after a long trip, and housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough. Room service was quick, though.

Breakfast was freshly prepared, which I enjoyed, but I can see why some might find the wait longer than expected. The food options were delicious, though, and the coffee was excellent.

The hotel had solid facilities, like a shuttle service to the nearby DaVinci hotel, which was a nice touch. I also liked the option for laundry and other helpful services.

My stay at The Leonardo was fantastic overall! The staff were consistently excellent, especially Lerato at reception who made my check-in experience really good. My only suggestion would be to enhance the breakfast menu, as it became a bit repetitive over my eight-night stay. Still, I would definitely rebook in the future! 😊
